    I am motivated to be as active as I can both indoors at the gym, fitness classes at Oranj and hiking outdoors. My husband and I strap on our 23lb baby and hit the trails and so far, every Tuesday we have gone the weather has been gorgeous! Today we hiked Bear Creek trails which have been improved this past year. We did the loop twice as it only took 30 min. each time. Beautiful views of the lake and city made it even more worth while. I would encourage everyone to get OUTSIDE!!

    Our goal was and is to keep moving everyday, we went to mexico for two weeks, walked 5 to 10 km each day, even did the stairs of our hotel most nights, up tp 40 flights. Just spent a weekend in Vancouver, beautiful sunny days, went and walked the false creek sea wall, lunch on granville island , then down to gastown, it was great to be able walk all day and not be dead tired.It feels so much better to move around than to sit on the couch.
