Weekend Warrior- October - January - March - 8 weeks - $99 + gst
This dynamic functional group conditioning program integrates balance, full body strength, core conditioning, stability, speed, agility, cardio fitness and flexibility to help you prepare for the upcoming sport season, lifestyle adventure or demands of everyday life!
Learn To Run- September / April - 8 weeks - $105 + gst
if you are new to running, have been off for sometime or just need a group to motivate you and lead you down the path. We're your team. Spring and Fall, organized runs, educational clinics and a goal oriented running workout will get you conquering your goals.
Yoga- January / September - 8 weeks - $65 + gst Tuesday @ 5:30pm
Join our Spring, Fall & Winter weekly class. A fantastic supplement to your workouts. Refresh, re-energize and renew the day Hatha style.
Cycle Kelowna- April / September - 8 weeks - $105 + gst
This seasonal program begins with a cycle clinic to refresh your skills and maintenance checklist. Ride weekly through the roads of Kelowna with your Team Fitness Family. Rides vary in length 25 to 50km by season end. Road bikes encouraged however hybrid bikes are welcome.
Join a group of 2 or 3 others like yourself who wish the accountability, expertise, efficiency and discipline of a trainer, but at a fraction of the cost. Form your own or let us find you some partners.
