Experience one of our group programs.  Discover your untapped potential.  Be challenged and inspired.  Workout with your friends!  Small Co-ed personal training groups or larger dynamic programs coached  by our Team Fitness Specialists or community partners.

Group Personal Training:  Team Training

 

 Join others in this inspirational group training session.  Groups of 3-5 clients working together but at their own pace.  Hands on with their trainer staying motivated by the enouragement and competitivness of a group setting and at a fraction of the cost of a private session. 

Monday though Friday from 6-7pm and Saturdays, 9 to 10am.  Space is limited, reserve your spot today!

 if you are new to running, have been off for sometime or just need a group to motivate you and lead you down the path.

We're your team. Spring training with  organized runs, educational clinics and a goal oriented running workout will get you conquering your goals.

 

Fresh Air Yoga-

Join Christine Bennett fo this weekly class. A fantastic supplement to your workouts.

Bridal Team Training

 

 "I decided to do bridal team training because I needed to raise my motivation level to get in shape for my wedding.  My best friend who was also getting married signed up with me, which was greatbecause I had a partner to work out with between bootcamp sesions.  I had such a great expeience  working with Team Fitness and other brides and being pushed to my potiential!  I was proud of the great results I achieved.  The weekly weigh ins and workouts definitely motivated me to stay on track and follow the fitness plan."
