Listed here are your tasks for the next 8 weeks of your challenge: Ready, set, GO!
Week I: Please complete the following in week one of the challenge.
Read your entire package, including your Kickstart information handout along with your log book. Particularly the guidelines at the front of your booklet and the summary pages at the back of the booklet. The log pages in between will all be the same. Note: a bye or pass is one and the same thing. Remember you have only 3 byes in all of 8 weeks. Plan these days wisely: You may need it on a long day of travel if you are heading out of town or save it for a mental health day??

- Self Assessment: please print, complete and return to your trainer by: Friday October 12th Take Assessment
- Physical Assessment: Please book and complete your physical assessment by: Friday October 12th. Learn More
- Habit Busting/Adopt a Healthy Habit: Unhealthy habits may be anything to do with lifestyle. See page 61 of your log book for your worksheet. List as many bad habits and then list healthy habits that you know would be a great addition to your healthy living practises. It is not necessary to do both of these; however, often letting go of a bad habit may need a healthy habit in its place. Although you will list many 'habits' only pick one to challenge yourself for this program. Remember you need to stick with it for atleast 21 days. Hopefully by that time it will be second nature and something you will continue to do from this point forward.
- Set Smart Goals: You will find this work task on Pg. 62 of your log book. These goals can be for the 8 weeks or you may look further into the future. If you need any assistance, please check in with your trainer for action steps to make these goals successful.
- Recruit a buddy: seek out that friend or family member. Encourage and offer support to someone new to fitness or someone you normally would not be working out with. Bring them to session on one of your workout days at not extra charge. (remember to notify your trainer of partner training day) Plan now, you know how busy people are and set a play date!
Week's I - VIII: It is important that you try not to leave all of these tasks to the very last week. Check the your Team Fitnes Calendar daily to look for more group events to come to. keep track of your local community 'Whats Happening' sections in the local community listings.
- Did You Know? Weekly, we want to know what you learned that you didn't know before. Take a bigger challenge and tell us daily if you like. Check out any of these sites for an abundance of articles and informative blogs on health, fitness and lifestyle

- Lifestyle Education: Attend a Team Fitness Seminar or community event with us. See our events calendar. Tell us what you learned and where you learned it. You may choose to read a lifestyle book or go to a health fair or local health food store. Find something you are interested in and log what it was and what you learned!
- Outdoor Adventure: Join us for an outdoor adventure or create one of your own with family and/or friends. Be creative, discover new horizons or canyons. Join another group in the community or your Team Fitness Family. Be sure to read your weekly bulletins for new events on our calendar. We would love to see you come out and play with us.
- Client's Night/Day Out: Well this is it. Celebrate your successes with a night or day out. Just for you, or include those that helped you succeed at living your best life. There is one more challenge in this task however. You still need to follow your healthy living practises and... you need to log where you went and how well you did at keeping to your values of healthy living.

Activity Conversion to steps
Many activities have been converted into steps for you. When your pedometer cannot be warn for an activity, check the conversion table so that you may add those steps to your log.
