Making a goal is easy, getting there is the challenge. How do we stay focused and committed to healthy living principles, when obstacles present themselves? We are faced with many in our life. Looking deep down and discovering the reasons why we have made a goal will help keep us focused in those moments of temptation, fatigue and life’s overwhelming demands. Whatever your goal, you can achieve it through the guidance, education and motivation of my training and your own perseverance, dedication and commitment to getting and staying fit and positive lifestyle behaviour.
Shannon’s strengths include injury rehabilitation, weight management programs, nutrition counseling, and the ability to motivate and make clients laugh. Shannon’s Clients feel great about coming in and energized when they finish a workout, especially when that hour is the only hour in the day that has been spent on themselves.
